Factory Direct Pet Products sells quality pet products direct from the factory to independent pet store owners. These pet products are comprised of quality dog beds, animal crates, bird cages, dog and cat bowls, toys and cat furniture.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order for any reason simply call us toll free at 1-866-592-2057 and we’ll refund your money and donate the order to a shelter of your choice. We will work with the shelter to arrange pick up. Once the donation has been verified your money will be returned.
Shipping: Your freight will be calculated in the cart section of each order. Up to 50% freight discounts are available if you order more than 300 pounds of product.
All orders less than 300 pounds will be shipped via regular small package carrier ground service.
All orders over 300 pounds will be shipped LTL via a common carrier. Additional charges will apply if you require lift gate services or off loading assistance.
Minimum Order: Our order minimum is $300.00

Backorders: There are no back orders. If for some reason an item is not available your order will be credited for that item.

Breakage: If any item arrives to your store damaged call us immediately toll free at 1-866-592-2057. The item AND the packaging needs to be retained for inspection for 10 days.
