Why do I have to pay for the product in advance?
Because if you don’t, we can’t sell you the product. The manufacturers make us pay in advance and we’re passing it along.
If I had terms with K&A Imports, can I have terms with Factory Direct Pet Products?
No. Look, we are just a small start-up company, and there's no way on God's green earth that we could afford to float the inventory costs. Hey, we get it, we wish we could, but we can't right now. The good news is that we did find a way to save you a ton of money on popular products, so it's worth your cash!
Why do we have to wait 3-4 weeks?
It takes 3-4 weeks to ship the product to you from Asia. If we find a faster ship, that keeps the cost the same, we’ll be sure to use it.
I don't want to use my credit card. Can I send you a check.
Yes, you may send a check payable to: FDPP. Your check must clear before your order will be processed.
Will you be carrying items for other pet categories, such as Aquatics and Reptiles?
Yes, we plan to expand to include a full line of pet products.
How will you pack my order if you are not using a distribution center?
The distribution center has been moved to Asia and we are using a cross dock method of unloading the container and packing the trucks for delivery in the U.S.
What if my order arrives broken?

What if I don't like the product?
We think you will, but in the case that we are wrong, we'll refund your money and take the items you do not like to a local shelter.
Will you have a catalog?
Yes, we do plan to have a full catalog for your convenience, but don't wait for it. The pictures on line do the job, so order now!
Can I give you a check over the phone?
Yes, we will soon be ready to accept checks via the phone.
